There is no doubt that Kefir is more beneficial and nutritional than yogurt . KEFIR is believed to have around 60 strains of beneficial bacteria that is incredibly amazing for our digestion and Gut health .

Here i give a low down of more KEFIR Health Benefits reading after m sure  you can not omit KEFIR from your diet ....

1) Kefir is both Curative and Preventive .
2) It has  antibacterial and anti fungal properties .
3) Each 175 gram of kefir provides about 20 percent of the recommended daily allowance (RDA) of calcium, which is important in maintaining healthy bones and teeth.
4) Kefir helps to regulate the immune system
5) It helps in improving blood circulation
6) It helps in production of bile .
7) It helps to regulate Blood Pressure .
8) Helps to strengthen the Kidneys.
9) It also helps to slow down aging .
10) It is excellent nourishment for the elderly, pregnant and nursing women.
