How much KEFIR shud I consume ?

Hi friends , Since you will be starting to consume kefir for the first time in life and  i m sure after some time you would only want more of this super food .

I recommend - START SLOWLY !

ust a spoonful a day for the first two weeks should be enough to slowly introduce your body to this magical substance.  I had some digestive issues the first two weeks (I felt like I had a brick in my stomach) and my daughter got a rash.  Some people call this period ‘die off’ because it is the kefir killing off bad substances and this shows up in different ways for different people.  After a few weeks of this, I could actually tell when I was ready for more because I suddenly wanted more kefir.  I am now able to drink almost 2 cups a day! - See more at: http://www.homemademommy.net/2012/09/why-i-love-kefir-and-what-are-kefir-grains.html#sthash.aHkazGcG.dpuf
You can start with a spoonful a day to introduce this to your body and later increase the dose for you.

Some of you may face some issues when consumed like digestion issues or heaviness but dont worry these are just some of the symptoms and will soon die away .

These symptoms appear becoz suddenly your body is introduced to a healthy bunch of nutrients which will soon disappear .Also since kefir kills the bad bacteria so symptoms appear differently in different people .

Kefir boosts our immunity by keeping healthy bacteria in our digestive system .

Kefir is believed to have  anti tumor properties , prevent disease , increase digestibility and also controls toxins .

KEFIR is surely a Probiotic and a natural Antibiotic .

Kefir is rich in vitamin A, B2, B12, D, K, calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, and typtophan.  It has anti tumor properties, prevents disease, increases digestibility and it controls toxins. - See more at: http://www.homemademommy.net/2012/09/why-i-love-kefir-and-what-are-kefir-grains.html#sthash.aHkazGcG.dpuf
