Incase you feel any of the below  symptoms then you must and must include kefir in your daily diet . Any of the symptoms below are sign that the bad bacteria in your gut has overgrown good bacteria and you need to repair your body . Drinking high doses of alcohol , taking oral contraseptives ,eating large quantity of fermented foods like pickles  leads to overgrown of bad bacteris in our gut .You can repair your body and make it healthy  by taking KEFIR daily .
